One person was killed in an attack on two cargo cars at Anyinamso No. 1 in the Ashanti Region by a number of robbers, who are being wanted by the police.
When a Police patrol squad came upon the suspects during the attack, they had managed to flee into a nearby bush with 2,000 Ghana Cedis and three mobile phones.
“We wish to assure the public that we will surely get the robbers arrested to face justice,” Police statement added.
