A group of customers from various regions of the country had converged to demand their rights. Their plan was to picket at the Finance Ministry for 48 hours in a bid to draw attention to their demands. However, despite their efforts, the ministry did not give them the necessary attention.

The convener, Charles Nyame, intends to send a strong signal to the government by spending the night at the ministry, urging them to fulfil their financial obligations.
