Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, the founder of the Movement for Change (MFC), has called on Ghanaians to reject both the NDC and the NPP in the upcoming 2024 polls. He believes that neither party has anything new to offer the country.
Mr Kyerematen has urged the people of Ghana to join his MFC movement to collectively work towards saving the country from the grip of both the NDC and the NPP.
During his orientation programme in Accra, Alan Cash (as he is popularly known), spoke to a large gathering of volunteers and questioned what new ideas the NDC’s Mahama and the NPP’s Bawumia, both presidential candidates, are bringing to the table for the benefit of Ghanaians.
During an orientation program, Mr. Kyerematen stated that for sustained development, Ghana needs someone with fresh ideas and a new approach.
He urged the youth, who are the future leaders of the country, as well as Ghanaians from all walks of life to join his MFC train to help bring about the necessary change for the betterment of the country in the 2024 General Election.
“What new ideas do they bring to the table? What is it that they wanted to do but couldn’t do during their time in power? They have nothing unique or new to offer apart from the old government format,” Alan informed the cheering volunteers.
He explained his vision for Ghana and the need for a third political force in the country’s geopolitical arena.
The orientation program attracted over 150,000 volunteers who expressed their willingness to join the MFC and demonstrated the determination of the new movement to gain power in the 2024 elections.
The former Minister of Trade and Industry surprised the New Patriotic Party by withdrawing from the Presidential race, citing behind-the-scenes manoeuvrings in favor of a particular candidate as one of the reasons for his decision.
