The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Canada Chapter will host former president John Dramani Mahama, the NDC’s current flagbearer and leader, during a fundraising luncheon in Toronto, Ontario, which will be a big event.
President Mahama will also give a policy lecture at the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, in Western Canada, on the topic “Advancing West Africa’s Development Strategy with a Focus on Ghana.”
A town hall meeting with the theme “Building the Ghana we all want – Engaging the Diaspora for National Development” will also be held in Calgary, Alberta, where the NDC leader will interact with the Ghanaian population.
This modest event aims to encourage conversation about issues that are important to Ghanaians living abroad while highlighting our common goals and values.
The NDC Canada Chapter is exerting great effort to ensure that these events are planned precisely and with a sense of community.
The former president of Ghana tour to Canada intends to foster solidarity among people while highlighting the power and togetherness of the NDC Canada Chapter members and Ghanaians living in Canada as a whole.
A sizable audience is anticipated for H.E. John Dramani Mahama, including ardent NDC Party members and sympathizers as well as people eager to learn from an experienced leader.
Attendees have the chance to learn more about his leadership style and viewpoint on important national problems at these events.
NDC Party National Chairman Hon. Johnson Asiedu Nketia, General Secretary Hon. Fiifi Fiavi Kwetey, other reputable National Executives, and a few NDC Members of Parliament will travel to Canada with H.E. John Dramani Mahama.
