Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, the Minister of Education, indicated that the government will start hiring a small number of teachers for Senior High Schools.
The Minister announced on Facebook on July 30 that the hiring process will start next week.
He advised new teachers to keep an eye out for information on the application process and the areas of concentration for the hiring process.
With great pleasure, I announce that a restricted hiring campaign for high school teachers will begin the following week.
“Wait for additional information regarding the application process and the targeted fields for this hiring,” he declared.
The statement follows the Ministry of Health’s (MoH) announcement on Monday, August 5, 2024, about the recruitment of 15, 200 nurses and midwives.
The Ministry of Health (MoH) verified that the Ministry of Finance (MoF) has given the required financial approval for the hiring process in a statement that was made public on Friday, July 26, 2024.
Candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply online at the MoH application portal, where they can choose the Ministry agency of their choice. The deadline for applications is Friday, August 23, 2024.
The Ministry has emphasized that there is no cost associated with the recruitment process, and applicants are cautioned not to pay any money to people or organizations who offer to help with the process.
