The National cathedral Secretariat has denied accusations of identity theft made by North Tongu MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa. In his book “National Cathedral Scandals – America Edition,” the North Tongu MP claimed that the Secretariat had committed identity theft when the National Cathedral Foundation was registered in the US.
He asserts that the Foundation was registered in the name of a Jose Salgado who has since passed away.
The Secretariat, in response, said that Okudzeto’s conclusions essentially represented a misrepresentation of the truth.
The Taxpayer ID number: 86-3859197 (Appendix 1) and the Social Security number, SSN: 863-85-9197 belonging to a deceased person named Jose Salgado (Appendix 2), were dishonestly changed in order to arrive at this alleged identity theft. He then accuses the National Cathedral of registering people using the deceased’s “stolen” identity, according to the Secretariat.
