Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the NPP’s flagbearer, has stressed the need for the party to work hard and be united to win its next elections in 2024.
The NPP flagbearer met with the party’s parliamentary candidates in orphan constituencies and urged them to put in a lot of effort for the party, along with the leadership of the 2024 national campaign team.
In his speech to the contenders, Dr Bawumia emphasized the critical role that parliamentary candidates would play in winning their constituencies; he saw them as the cornerstones of the party’s victory.
“We have a strong campaign message and track record, and I am ready to lead an energetic and successful campaign.” Dr. Bawumia informed the ostentatiously composed Parliamentary Aspirants.
The Vice President went on to say how much he appreciated the parliamentary candidates of the Party for their eagerness and readiness, which gave him hope that the Party would be able to win both the general elections and a sizable parliamentary majority.
“I am certain that the Party will win the general elections in 2024 and also secure a clear parliamentary majority because I have personally witnessed the zeal and preparedness of the Party’s parliamentary candidates.”
Dr. Bawumia was accompanied by several distinguished individuals, including Mr. Stephen Ayensu Ntim, the National Chairman of the NPP, the Chairman of the 2024 National Campaign Team, and other dignitaries.
