Black Sherif won “Best International Flow” at the 2023 Hip Hop Awards.
At the 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards, the two-time nominee was nominated in the Best International Flow category.
Black Sherif emerged victorious in the recent rap competition, surpassing nine fellow rappers. Notably, three of the competitors were from Africa, namely Aka and K.O from South Africa, and Sampa The Great from Zimbabwe. The remaining nominees comprised of Gazo (France), Central Cee (UK), J Hus (UK), Major Rd (Brazil), Ninho (France), and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil).
Last year, Black Sherif was nominated for the first time for “Best International Flow,” but Benjamin Epps won the prize.
He shared the ‘Best International Flow’ nomination at the 2022 edition of the illustrious awards program with Benjamin Epps (France), Central Cee (UK), Blxckie (South Africa), Haviah Mighty (Canada), Knucks (UK), Le Juiice (France), Nadia Nakai (Zimbabwe), and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil).
The program was recorded on October 3, 2023, in Atlanta, and it will air live on October 10.
